Who we are, what we stand for and where we play.

Cam Everside Youth Football Club was founded in 1984 and provides football for boys and girls from U6 to U16.

Our aims

  • To give every child the chance to play football in a safe, friendly and fun environment.
  • To develop players' skills, confidence and love of the game at every level.
  • To be an inclusive club at the heart of our community.

Where we play and train

Home games are played at Jubilee Playing Fields, Everside Lane, Cam, GL11 5UL or sometimes fixtures can be played at Dursley Primary School, School Road, Dursley,GL11 4NZ.

Training is split between Jubilee Playing Fields before and after the clocks change and Rednock School during the winter months

Our history

Cam Everside Youth Football Club (Cam Everside YFC) is a large community grassroots club based in Gloucestershire, operating primarily out of the Jubilee Playing Fields and Cam Sports Club in Cam.
Club Overview & Structure

• Size: Over 250 to 300 children registered across multiple age brackets.
• Age Groups: Around 11 distinct age groups spanning from Under-6s up to Under-16s/Under-17s, with popular named junior squads like the Eagles, Hawks, Vipers, Mavericks, Spartans, and Tigers.
• Leagues: Teams compete across regional competitions including the Cotswold Youth League, Cheltenham Youth League, Mid Glos Mini Soccer League, and Severn Valley Youth Football League.
• Leadership History: The club enjoyed a stable decade of growth under long-serving Chairman Andy Colliver, who stepped down after 10 years at the helm with the club boasting over 300 players and 30+ qualified coaches
